A large, signed vintage colour photograph of the Shah and his consort standing in full length poses on either side of another dignitary. A group of ladies and gentlemen is in the immediate background. Signed by the Shah ("M. R. Pahlavi") and his wife ("Soraya Pahlavi"), each with their name alone in dark fountain pen ink to a light area at the base of the image. Double matted in white and brown with a raised silver coloured border to an overall size of 220 x 235 mm. The photograph is uniformly slightly faded, although the signatures remain bold.
