Gruß von [...]". - Studying in Munich and Paris, Obermayer specialized in architectural engraving and created illustrations for historical works including "Die königliche Residenz in München" (1880), "Wiener Neubauten" (1876-1880), and "Der K. K. Justiz-Palast in Wien" (1885). - Traces of a postmark; a few small creases. Self-addressed by the collector on the reverse. The Mecklenburg physician Scharlau (b. 1888) assembled a collection of artists' autographs by personal application.
