Inscribed to the German dermatologist Alwin Scharlau. - Born in Vukovar, Landsinger studied at the Vienna Academy before settling in Florence and Munich. He was a collector of drawings and graphic art; his paintings frequently feature mythological themes and romantic landscapes. - Traces of 2 postal stamps. Self-addressed by the collector on the reverse. The Mecklenburg physician Scharlau (b. 1888) assembled a collection of artists' autographs by personal application.
