Extremely rare autograph letter signed and dated “Sn. Juan de Los Morros 15.08.72” by the military and future president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for 14 years. When he was just eighteen years old, Chavez wrote to his paternal grandmother Rosa from the Military School: „[…] Primero que nada, bendíceme, Llegué bien y ahora estoy bien […] Estamos aquí en San Juan, una ciudad parecida algo a Barinas, por el clima, principalmente. He conocido bastante muchachas San Juaneras.
