Interesting note, probably for his secretary, wherein Say expresses his wish to publish a brochure with his reservations "in the discussion of the budget" that should be similar to a publication by his predecessor as Minister of Finance Pierre Magne: "Je voudrais faire réunir dans une brochure les différentes réserves que j'ai prononcées dans la discussion du budget (dépenses et recettes). Me les réunir = prendre le format dans lequel M Magne a publié les miens" (suivi des date et signature). - Minimally toned.
