Contract of acquisition from a national real estate sale with mills (among which the mill of Aidier) and dependencies to Joseph Bertrand de Chamousset, baron de Gilly, in auction for 1745 francs: "Consiste en moulins et dependances de la contenance d'un hectare trente huit ares [...] Consistant en batimens, artifices, près, champs et placeage [...]". - The sale of national assets of "second origin" which sequestered from a decree of July 27, 1792, was meant to both sanction "enemies" and resolve the financial crises caused by the Revolution.

After the seizure of possession of the clergy, king, nobles, schools, juridical and administrational institutions, a second step included for instance the property of emigrants as Chamousset. Then in 1802, Bonaparte had proclaimed the restitution of unsold property of emigrants. - Signed two times by the general secretary Palluel (son) of the Prefecture of the Department of Mont-Blanc, countersigned and verified by a further unidentified hand. - The inserted loose leave shows four acknowledged receipts of the further four of five instalments 349 francs each, two of which signed by the treasurer (Receveur des Domaines) Pierre Mayan, the other by an unidentified predecessor, dating from 1805-1807. - With several value stamps and slight foxing, partly dust staining with small defects to the margins..
