Contract of acquisition from a national real estate sale during French revolution with mills and dependencies from the emigrant Joseph-Bertrand de Chamousset, baron de Gilly, to his wife Anne Amedée Mellarede in auction for 303.000 francs: "Consiste en moulins et dépendances de quatre journaux deux cent cinquante quatre toises en pied, en batimens, artifices, près, champs et placeage [...]". - The sale of national assets of "second origin" which sequestered from a decree of July 27, 1792, was meant to both sanction "enemies" and resolve the financial crises caused by the Revolution.

After the possession of the clergy, king, nobles, schools, juridical and administrational institutions was seized, this second step included the property of emigrants, convicts, exiled priests, suspects and nationals of enemy countries. - Signed two times by the general secretary Palluel (son) of the Prefecture of the Department of Mont-Blanc. - With several value stamps, partly with some dust staining, and few ink stains..
