Charming correspondence with the literary historian Georges Lubin and his wife, mostly invoking their friendship but also discussing work. In a postcard from 17 October 1947, Daniel-Rops asks Lubin to "besiege the various editorial offices" in an unspecified matter, white on 8 January 1949, he motivates him to continue with his work despite the "disappearance of the M. I." - possibly a manuscript.

- The postcards with personal lithographed signet of Daniel-Rops. Two of the letters on stationery with Daniel-Rops's Paris address, the third letter on stationery with lithographed letterhead of his house "Eau Vive" in Tresserve, Savoie. The postcard from 1949 with a tear to the lower right corner..
