Lease Agreement between Pierre Salmon, owner of the "Villa Numa Blanc, Boulevard de la Croisette in Cannes," and "Mademoiselle Gabrielle Chanel, residing in Paris, 31 rue Cambon" - Pierre Salmon leases to Miss Chanel, "to hold salons or couture workshops," an apartment in Villa Numa Blanc, consisting of the ground floor on the west side of the house, two additional rooms, and the basement beneath the large living room and adjacent room, from May 1, 1926, for 15 years at a price of 15,000 Francs per semester, payable in cash.
